So, Brooke is now sleeping WAY longer at night..thank goodness! She was exclusively sleeping in her car seat (or on top of one of us!), but she has since moved on to sleeping in her pack and play. That started to die down when we re-discovered the world of swaddling (those who have children will agree that it is a phenomenal invention!). Once she has been swaddled, she is good to go for at least 4.5 house which is HUGE in our house :) She didn't last too long in the pack and play, though, and we had to invest in a mini-bed for her that fits in ours-safe to say we will not be having any more children for awhile :) It works, though, and she is happy which is what is important right?!?! At least Gary & I aren't sleeping in the family room anymore..yes, for those that didn't know that we were totally camping it out in our living room-don't ask! My back is feeling way better these days! I swear, the things that you will do for your child..! ! ! ! Hopefully we will transition her into her own "official" room soon..the one that we invested all of the money into before she arrived...any advice on how to do so is appreciated! We will see how it goes :)
